Who am I? I’m the type of person you meet in a grocery store and hold an hour conversation with about the current situations in the world. I’m that mother screaming on the sideline for the whole team and not just my child . I’m the pay it forward type of woman. I’m the therapist out of my friend group. I’ve dedicated my entire life to servicing others. Beginning when I dedicated several years to the US Military. Once I left the military I decided to further my education. Which led me to enroll at the illustrious Troy University of Alabama. Which led me to becoming the educated therapist I am today. My personality is like a treasure box you never know what you’re going to pull out but you know it’s always valuable. I am outgoing, engageable, and a very good listener. I strive to create the best experience for my clients. While attempting not to temporarily fix their issues, but help them to be able to overcome their adversities. By working through them one step at a time, incorporating various approach methods. I strive to help individuals push forward through difficult times to find the best version of themselves that they can be.

I provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy, for adults, children, and adolescents. Additionally, I enjoy working with military personnel, veterans, and their families.
